Shopping Basics

All orders will be shipped from Barcelona (Spain) and shipping usually takes between 3 and 6 business days from the day it is shipped to reach its final destination.

We do not ship urgent, but if you are in a hurry, send an email to hola@huesocoloradostudio.com before placing the order, and we will see what we can do.

We hope you like our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us within 15 days of receiving our products so we can help you.

We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of postal delivery. Please send an email to hola@huesocoloradostudio.com with the subject line RETURN so we can help you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges.

Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense if they return their products to us. The customer is free to choose the shipping method that is most economical for them, we only ask that you include the name and order number on the package to avoid delays.

We will not provide a refund for an order that is received more than 30 days after the original ship date. We also do not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

International shipping costs are determined by the carrier, the country and the weight of the package.

Payments

Payment can be made by credit and debit card. The cards accepted by the Stripe secure system are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping & Returns

Please email us at hola@huesocoloradostudio.com along with your order number and your first and last name so we can look into it right away.

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible, so that as soon as your payment is accepted and confirmed, it is immediately in the process of shipping. Because there is a very small window of time, we may not be able to “capture” your order before it is packed and reserved for shipment.

Unfortunately, this means that no changes can be made to an order once it has been placed; however, there may be time to cancel your order completely so that you can start over. Email us at hola@huesocoloradostudio.com as soon as possible with the subject line «CANCEL» along with your full name and order number and we will see what we can do.
